Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any PKR balance in the account may be forfeited at jj9999's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a player breach — for example, a regulatory change — any remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being met.

You may close your jj9999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting jj9999 support via live chat. Voluntary closure does not affect any winnings legitimately accrued prior to the closure request, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied.
